My site was working fine until Covid hit. Being a full time Yoga instructor, I had to move really fast to make sure my web presence was strong and that we were prepared for online classes. It was possibly the most pivotal moment in my time as a Yoga teacher - as changes had to be made at such speed under circumstances that were completely unknown. My previous site did need updating too, but like many small businesses, it was something that I had put on the bottom of the priority list.

I also needed a company who could help me integrate software to enable website bookings directly - so an understanding of how to do that was really key.

It's played a crucial part in the survival, and now, growth of my business, in a year that I could have been facing a very different situation. My website is now the very heartbeat of my client communication and it enables people to book sessions, access my content such as podcasts and readings and also access bespoke member content which has been created. In one year, we've come a long way. I've managed to grow my clientele, grow my listener base on my podcasts and given my clients a home to access content really easily.

1. Positivity. One of the worst things about working with suppliers is when they're just not interested in your business or have an attitude which suggests you're one of many other priorities. I've never felt that way with Digital Inspired. I know the team is really busy, but I always feel like my work and requests are important - the work is done with great enthusiasm which is rare to find. 

2. Consultancy. I really value the opinion of Priyesh and the team. When it comes to making changes or growing the site, I always get a very honest and valuable response to my questions, grounded in knowledge and understanding of how websites really work. 

3. Speed. There's a difference between rushing and getting things done is a speedy manner. I am naturally fast paced when it comes to driving my business forward, and it feels like I have the best digital running partner in that way.
